Have a Magical Day

Hi everyone! Happy, Happy Friday – my favorite day of the week! It’s time for another fun challenge over at Polkadoodles Craft Challenge and I’m happy to share my DT inspiration project for Week 1 – Anything Goes Challenge, a pretty friendship card featuring Octavia Rose Garden and Rose images as well as papers and sentiments – and they are all from the Octavia Moonfly Big Kahuna Digital Craft Download Bundle. This bundle is a new one in my stash and I’m having the best time using the elements!

I printed the Octavia Rose Garden image, colored the wings with sparkle overlay marker,  and cut it with a double stitched die. I printed the two papers I wanted to use with the image and created layered panels. I printed the front sentiment and cut it with a stitched round die, and cut another circle die cut from glitter paper to layer under the sentiment. I also die cut a doily to tuck under the image. I popped the image and sentiment up on foam for a little dimension. The final touch was the addition of a few flat-back pearls.

For the inside, I printed a faded Rose image and added the fairy dust sentiment on white cardstock, trimmed it and layered it on the silver cardstock.
