Magic At The Park

Hey everybody, I hope you’re having a fabulous weekend! We’re about 98% finished putting stuff away in our new house so I’m trying to get back into the regular swing of my DT duties. I’m absolutely delighted to share a mini slimline size chocolate bar card for Keep It Simple which features papers and die cut pieces from our new Best Day Ever Collection. This chocolate bar card is one of my all-time favorites from the Splitcoast Stampers website. I’ve made this card quite a few times and don’t use the tutorial anymore but it’s HERE if you’re interested.

I cut the 3-1/2″ x 6″ mini slimline card base from CutCardStock Vanilla Bean cardstock, along with all the chocolate squares using my EK Success 1″ and 3/4″ square punches which I popped up on the card front with black foam squares. I cut front layering panels from a print in the Best Day Ever Collection Pack and CutCardStock Bright Gold Foil, and embellished the card front with Best Day Ever Die Cut Pieces.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and embellished it with a strip of paper from the Best Day Ever Collection. I added an additional die cut sentiment, which completed the card. This is such an easy design that really packs a punch for your chocolate-loving friends! ;)
