Hey y’all, happy weekend! How’s the weather where you are? It’s warm and muggy here and I’m ready for Fall… I believe I’ve said that a few times over the past couple months, lol! I have THE sweetest motivational card to share with you today for ScrapbookingStore using items in the August 2026 Scrapbook Kit. The prints in this collection are just gorgeous! Gatefolds are among my favorite fun folds to create, and having double gatefold card dies along with beautiful coordinating papers to pair with navy and white cardstock in my stash was definitely a plus!

Using the Creative Craft Products Double Gatefold Card Dies, I die cut the card base from CutCardStock Lessebo Navy Blue cardstock along with layering panels from Solar White cardstock and a couple prints in the collection. I used a coordinating puffy sticker as the focal element on the front, anchoring it with a disc magnet to keep the card closed.

I added additional panels to the inside along with a motivational sentiment (from the Keep It Simple Sunshine & Rainbows stamp set) stamped in Catherine Pooler Juniper Mist ink. And this sweet card was complete. So easy and makes such an impact!

Hey everybody! I hope you’ve had a great week – they sure do seem to be passing by at a rapid rate these days… Christmas will be upon us before we know it! I have a pretty ScrapbookingStore DT inspiration project to share with you today, created with the awesome September 2024 Scrapbook Kit with Upgrades. The papers in this month’s kit are really fun and pair very well with the upgrades. This diagonal pocket card is truly one of the easiest cards to make and the end result is very cool. It can be dressed up or down depending upon the occasion. The card base is simply an embellished pocket with a top-folding mini card tucked inside. I used papers and stickers from the collection along with die cut pieces and rub-ons from the upgrades, and I love how this turned out!

The card base is 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ which I cut from CutCardStock Basis Dark Orange. I sliced the front flap off at an angle (from top left to bottom right) and glued the flap across the bottom to form the pocket. Next, I embellished the diagonal border with a floral rub-on from the upgrades and then added a very thin strip of the paper used to make the mini card. Finally, I added a large die cut from the upgrades to the diagonal flap and adhered a sentiment with adhesive foam squares.

The mini card is 3-1/2″ x 9-1/2″ scored at 4-3/4″ which I cut from a double-sided paper in the kit and embellished with a die cut and sentiment (being mindful of the placement so it wouldn’t show outside the diagonal border of the pocket). I cut a 3-3/8″ x 4-5/8″ panel for the inside of the mini card from Solar White cardstock which I embellished with a leftover piece of the thin strip used to make the mini card. I also added sentiment and image stickers from the sticker sheet. The finishing touch was adding several clear gemstones to the front of the mini card.

4/15/22 Winner at StarStampz Challenge Blog!

Hi everyone! It’s Wednesday and I hope you’re having a great week! The weeks sure do seem to go by faster and faster! ;) Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you – I really appreciate your support! I’ve popped in today to share an awesome Tape Runner DT inspiration project! I created a sweet mini slimline encouragement card featuring some STAMPlorations Rainbow Ephemera Tiles, a scalloped die cut, and a little bit o’ bling. And of course, all panels were adhered with Retractable Tape Runner! I love rainbows because they are a sign of hope and good things to come. I donated this card to the Bearly Arts Cards for Cubs project so the rainbow theme fit perfectly!

As mentioned above, all panels were adhered with Retractable Tape Runner. Wet glue was used only to adhere the narrow strips and bling. I cut a mini slim card base from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock along with a layering panel from CutCardStock Basis Light Yellow cardstock which I adhered to the card base. I also cut a scalloped border and strip from CutCardStock Pop-Tone Blue Raspberry cardstock. I trimmed the STAMPlorations Rainbow Ephemera Tiles that I received in a Paper Goods sampler with one of my orders (aren’t they awesome?!) and adhered them to the card front with 1mm-thick double-sided adhesive foam squares. I adhered the scalloped border and strip, and stamped the sentiment from the Avery Elle Rainbow Builder stamp set in Catherine Pooler Fiesta Blue ink. I stamped the sentiment a second time in Versamark and added Judi-Kins Iridescent Sparkle embossing powder. I stamped the sentiment a third time in Versamark and added Hero Arts Clear Embossing Powder to ensure the iridescent sparkle wouldn’t flake off. I added Eyelet Outlet Clear Jewel Bling to the scalloped border to complete the card front.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with a strip of CutCardStock Pop-Tone Blue Raspberry cardstock. I left the panel blank leaving plenty of room for a custom message, and layered it on CutCardStock Basis Light Yellow cardstock.

And one more peek… such an awesome card with a message of hope! And having great adhesive is definitely a plus! Win-win!
