Hi everyone! I’m back with my final post today and a super fun project to share with you! The February House of Cards challenge is live this morning and I’m excited to share my DT inspiration project for Love Theme and/or Colors! What a gorgeous color palette!
I created a paper bag card and envelope! Yep, I used two of those little kraft lunch bags, lol! So much fun! I chose several coordinating Stampin’ Up! papers and inked all the pieces with Antique Linen distress ink.
All the hearts on this paper piece were colored with clear sparkle marker and then with Glossy Accents. I tied a bow on a white heart-shaped button with gold metallic thread and adhered it to the front.
I created a tag to tuck into the slot on the front, and repetitively stamped the ‘now and forever’ sentiment along with some small hearts in three inks matching the papers.
The inside featuresĀ an inlaid die cut with a little stamping.
Here’s one final shot of the closed card and back side of the envelope which features a stamped and punched heart. Really loving how this turned out!
I’d loveĀ to enter this paper bag card and envelope into the following challenges:
