Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great week! I’m thrilled to share that I’m guest designing over at Word Art Wednesday this month and I’m happy to share my GD inspiration project for Anything Goes #442-#443! I created a pretty hybrid card in warm tones with lots of layers using our word art scripture and a sponsor digital image.
Our word art scripture for the next two weeks is Proverbs 14:26 which I printed on the computer and die cut with a stitched square die, then layered on a stitched mini scallop die that was layered on black cardstock. I embellished the scripture with the free sunflower digital image on the Newton’s Nook blog. I printed the sunflower image four times, fussy cut each one and adhered them on top of each other for a little dimension. I colored the top image with my Nuvo alcohol markers and ran a black marker around the edge to give it a finished look. I finished the card front with several smoke gemstones.
I embellished the inside panel with leftover paper and cardstock used on the front, and stamped a spiritual sentiment in black ink.
One more peek… so happy with how this turned out! Awesome scripture, color combo and design!
