Happy St. Patrick’s Day

** 3/8/17 Top Pick at 4 Crafty Chicks! **

Hello there, my crafty friends! Happy Friday! This week sure was a blur but I’m not complaining… it means I can get my craft on! It’s time for another fun challenge over at Craft for the Craic and I’m excited to share my guest designer project for the Green and Glittery for St. Patrick’s Day challenge! Boy, do I have a treat for you, lol! That is, if you share my sense of humor! I’ve had this hilarious Maxine cartoon in my funnies stash forever, it seems, and it sure has come in handy for this challenge!

This card was super easy to create and sure is glittery! I glammed Maxine to the hilt with a couple layers of glitter paper and clear rhinestones! :)

I kept the inside simple with just a stamped sentiment on a layered panel.

Clutch Purse Gift Card Holder

Hi everyone! I’m back with another post, this time with a fun clutch purse gift card holder created for the new challenge over at Craft for the Craic! As you know, I’m a guestie for the next little while and it’s the 2nd Birthday/Anniversary of this sweet Irish challenge blog. The theme for February is “Something with Two on it” which could be the number two, two mediums, two colors, etc.

What better way to say Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary than with a gift card… a gift card in a cute little clutch purse! I’m using double-sided paper featuring orange and green which covers the ‘two’ needed for the challenge theme. I fashioned the envelope out of matching paper and cardstock.

When I found this clutch purse cut file in the Silhouette store, I knew I had to have it! I see lots of these in my future – great for any occasion! They are super easy and really pack a powerful punch! :)

Happy to enter this gift card holder into the following challenges:
Inspiration Destination Challenge Blog: #121 – Anything Goes
The Crafty Addicts Challenge Blog: #33 – Anything Goes with option Add a Sentiment
Word Art Wednesday: Weeks #268/269 – Anything Goes
Your Scrapbook Place: February Anything Goes

Cardstock/Paper: K & Co. double-sided paper, GKD Tomato Soup cardstock
Accessories: Silhouette cut file

I hope you’ve enjoyed this project and will consider linking up with us during February for the 2nd Birthday/Anniversary challenge! Thanks so much for stopping by today – we’ll see you next time! ;)

Scrappy hugs,
