Hi everyone! Well, another Thursday has rolled around and I hope you’re having a great week! I’m stoked to be back on the CutCardStock blog today with an awesome DT inspiration project featuring more of the amazing Basis cardstock that’s on sale this month! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I absolutely love this cardstock and have used quite a few colors of it in the project I’m sharing with you today. I created a fun cafe sign with a little flower box! This is my own design that would make an adorable card set to mass produce to give as a gift! There’s a tad bit of dimension but not too much to mail!

This is a super easy design that just required cutting a landscape rectangle out of the bottom of the Basis Natural 110# cardstock card base to create the cafe sign legs. I cut layers from Basis Teal 80# cardstock for the front, back and flower box, and stamped the woodgrain design on all of the layers in dark teal ink. I cut three flower box layers which I adhered on top of each other for a little dimension. I cut two framed rectangle pieces from Gold Glitter 74# cardstock and Basis Aqua 80# cardstock, keeping the thin gold glitter frame and the larger aqua rectangle and adhering them to the front, and then stamped the sentiment in the dark teal ink. I cut a variety of flower layers from Basis Dark Purple 80# cardstock and Basis Gold 80# cardstock, Basis Magenta 80# cardstock and Basis Pink 80# cardstock, Basis Blue 80# cardstock and Basis Medium Blue 80# cardstock, and Basis Dark Red 80# cardstock and Basis Red 80# cardstock and adhered them together. I cut two grass layers from Basis Green 80# cardstock and punched some leaves from Pop-Tone Gumdrop Green cardstock and Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock. I arranged the flowers and leaves on the grass in the flower box, and popped one of the flowers up on a Darice Double-Sided Adhesive Foam Circle. The finishing touch was adding a few iridescent gemstones. Super happy with how this turned out!

And here’s the shot of the back that I initially forgot to take a photo of.

I kept the inside simple with a die cut sentiment on layered light and dark teal panels.
