Hi everyone! Happy Monday – can’t believe we’re almost through September! Our new sketch challenges this month are live over at Stick It Down and I’ve popped in this morning to share my Card Team inspiration project! I created a fun ‘love you much’ card to add to my stash. I used three coordinating My Mind’s Eye papers plus sentiments that were included in the paper pad. I love the colors!
This was a fun sketch and the card went together pretty quickly. The postage stamp die I have in my stash is a square one and I would have rather had a rectangular one to work with, so I might have to go shopping. ;) I layered all the elements on gray cardstock and added several gray sequins.
I embellished the inside with leftover strips of paper and cardstock used on the front as well as a fussy-cut flower and sentiment from the paper pad.
One more look… really diggin’ how this turned out! I think this might wind up in my oldest granddaughter’s mailbox… ;)
