Hi everyone! Happy Happy Thursday! And it’s a new month! I’m posting the new “It’s A Love Thing” challenge for February today on the a2z Scrapbooking blog and I’m happy to share my DT inspiration project using the Words of Love Digital Kit! I created a CAS Valentine, and what an awesome bunch of digis!
Super easy and very effective card. I resized each of the letters, making some taller and some wider than others, and layered them two thick for a little dimension. I colored them with alcohol markers to match the pink cardstock and then clear sparkle overlay marker. I adhered the letters to the layered oval die cuts which I adhered to the card base. I stamped the word ‘YOU’ in Crimson ink and layered about six small pieces of cardstock under it for lots of dimension and adhered that to the front along with three large antique pearls.
The sentiment on the inside is also printed from the digital kit and cut with an oval die. I layered the panel on the pink cardstock and embellished it with a leftover strip of the pink cardstock.
