Thanks a Latte!

Hi everyone! Happy Happy Saturday! It’s so hard to believe that we are nearing the end of October already. Now it won’t be long at all until that round jolly man with the beard makes his appearance! I’m thrilled to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! Who doesn’t love latte?! I do, I do! I’m not a huge coffee drinker (hubs and I each have two cups every morning) but I do love iced coffee and latte, and indulge myself in a mocha latte whenever I’m near a Starbucks! Our new Iced Coffee Brads hit the store earlier this month and I paired them with our Brown Enamel Dots to create this fun thank you card.

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base and layering strip from Papertrey Ink Terracotta Tile cardstock along with a patterned paper layer from The Paper Studio Tattered and Worn 12×12 paper pad (one of my all-time favorites) which I adhered to the card base. I cut a slightly smaller layering strip from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and adhered it to the brown one in a wonky off-set fashion. I printed the Latte sentiment on Solar White cardstock and cut it in a wonky fashion as well with the My Favorite Things Stitched Square STAX Die-namics. I also cut a slightly larger square die cut from the brown cardstock and adhered them together. I affixed two Iced Coffee Brads to the left side of the strip panel and adhered it to the card base. I added the layered square die cuts and several Brown Enamel Dots to complete the card front.

I cut the inside panel and a narrow embellishing strip from Papertrey Ink Terracotta Tile cardstock. Using the My Favorite Things Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, I cut a panel from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and adhered it to the brown cardstock panel along with the narrow embellishing strip. I stamped the large sentiment from the Wplus9 Hand Lettered Thanks stamp set in Rich Cocoa ink and adhered the panel to the inside of the card base.

And one more look… really happy with how this turned out! I absolutely love these new Iced Coffee Brads, and the enamel dots are some of my all-time favorites that I use on just about every Eyelet Outlet inspiration project I create, lol!
