Just A Little Note

Hi everyone! Happy Monday – hope you had a great weekend! A new challenge is live over at Love to Craft Challenge Blog and I’m super stoked to share my DT inspiration with you today for LTCCB #36 – July Anything Goes! ! I created an awesome set of 16 note cards using a One Sheet Wonder template from a very talented lady HERE. This is the largest set of note cards I’ve ever made and they are for my sister. She’s very active in her church and frequently sends cards to shut-ins and church members otherwise unable to get out, so I think these will be put to good use. ;)

I really enjoyed using the One Sheet Wonder template and cut two patterned papers which yielded 16 cards. I used a green and yellow color combo which I think turned out really nice. The background piece for each card was layered on green cardstock and one scalloped edge punched from yellow cardstock layered beneath that. The sentiment was stamped on the yellow cardstock, punched with a circle punch and layered on a scalloped circle punch, then adhered to a double-ended flag. The style is basically the same for all the cards which kept it simple. ;)

I left the inside of all the cards blank so my sister can write a custom message in each one as she sends them out. I really love how these turned out and I know I’ll be using this OSW template again soon! Oh, and I also created the coordinating box using my free template that can be found on the Freebies page on my blog HERE.
