Hi everyone! Hope you had a good week! This month’s ATC Challenge is live over at Happy Little Stampers and I’m excited to share my DT inspiration project with you today! The theme for our July ATC Challenge is Floral and we’d love to see what you create for our challenge this month!

I created a card rather than a coin this month, and my card features an inlaid floral die cut which is super easy to do. You simply die cut the main background, then die cut again using colored cardstock and insert the colored cardstock piece(s) into the negative space on the background.

I used 120# kraft cardstock for the ATC. I cut the branch from Garden Green cardstock and used red, pink and yellow DCWV Washi Foil for the flowers. I completed the ATC with small clear rhinestones in the centers of the flowers and a sentiment sticker from Tim Holtz Metallic Quotations stickers.

I’m really loving how this turned out and I hope to trade it! ;)

Products used:
Cardstock/Paper: Paper Accents 120# kraft cardstock, Stampin’ Up Garden Green cardstock, DCWV Washi Tape Basics
Dies/Punches: Memory Box Blushing Flower Branch die
Accessories: Tim Holtz Idea-ology Metallic Quotations stickers, Darice clear rhinestones, Kadomaru Pro corner rounder
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project and will link up an ATC with us this month! We’d love to see what you create – either a card or a coin! Thanks so much for stopping by today – we’ll see you next time! ;)
Scrappy hugs,
How beautiful! I love the metallic inlaid into the craft card. X
