I love hanging with you

Hello again! As stated in my last post, I’ve joined the Paper Funday Challenges DT for this term and our new challenge is live this morning! I’m sharing my second DT inspiration project for this month’s Anything Goes challenge and again, the optional twist is Valentine’s Day! Our sponsor is Cute As A Button and I was provided the most adorable I’m Hung Up On You digital image to create my second project. OMG, isn’t this guy (or gal) just the cutest?!

2020_0119001a

I used some pretty red and white patterned papers to create the background for this Valentine. I printed the digital image and a computer-generated sentiment on white cardstock. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, trimmed it and layered it on black cardstock. I added Glossy Accents to the hearts.

I embellished the inside panel with leftover paper and cardstock used on the front. The inside sentiment is computer-generated as well.

One more peek… so stinkin’ cute I can’t even stand it!

This is such a gorgeous image and love how you’ve coloured him with the little dots for the darker areas (will have to try this myself). Really like how you’ve left the image clear of many embellishments and kept the interest in the patterned paper for a frame. And your so good decorating the inside of the card too! So glad you shared this with us at TIME OUT!
