Hey everybody, happy first Wednesday in February! I’m up on the CutCardStock blog today with a tutorial for making a simple pillar card. You know fun folds are my jam and this design is a really easy one that can be tailored for any occasion or holiday! I used Neenah Classic Crest Solar White (in both 110# and 80# weights) and Lessebo Sunset Orange, along with some adorable stamps and dies to bring this card to life. I have to admit that I’ve had these stamps and dies for quite a while and have used them once. Not sure why because they are so stinkin’ cute and make THE best cards!

Be sure to see my tutorial on the CutCardStock blog if you want to learn how to make this fun and simple card! I used both 110# and 80# weights of Solar White cardstock along with Lessebo Sunset Orange cardstock. I also used a dotted paper from the Keep It Simple Barnyard Bliss collection as well as the older but wonderful Whimsy Stamps Hey Ostrich stamps and dies. This guy is a hoot, isn’t he?! AND I employed the Scrapbook Adhesives ‘Wear Your Adhesive On The Outside’ technique for the orange foil embellishments! Lots of fun on this card!

One last look… what do you think of this card? I’d love to know if you make one!
