Fin-tastic News!

Hi everyone! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m stoked to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a super cute new home card featuring our Fish Stamp Set and coordinating Fish Brads along with some Blue Enamel Dots!

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock along with a dark gray marble layer which I adhered to the card base. Using the My Favorite Things Fishbowl Die-namics, I cut the fishbowl and all the elements from CutCardStock Stardream Metallic Aquamarine cardstock, CutCardStock Basis 80# Aqua cardstock, CutCardStock Brown Bag 70# Kraft Paper, CutCardStock Pop-Tone 65# Gumdrop Green cardstock, CutCardStock Pop-Tone 65# Jellybean Green cardstock and assembled it. I added the Fish Brads and adhered the fishbowl to the card front. Using the Fish Stamp Set, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and added several Blue Enamel Dots to complete the card front.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with horizontal strips of the gray marble cardstock, CutCardStock Basis 80# Aqua cardstock and CutCardStock Stardream Metallic Aquamarine cardstock, stamped the sentiment in turquoise and black ink, and layered the panel on the Basis Aqua cardstock.

And one more peek… so loving how this turned out! The coordinating stamps and brads are SO much fun to play with!

Greetings from the Herd

Hi everyone! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m thrilled to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a fun tri-fold good luck/congratulations card featuring our Animal Stamp Set along with our Cow & Goat Brads, Pig & Sheep Brads, Horse/Pony Brads and Wide Sky Washi Tape!

I cut a standard A2 size side-folding card base from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock along with a layering panel which I covered with Wide Sky Washi Tape and a green cardstock pasture. I added die cut grass and a hand-cut fence to keep the herd in, lol! ;) I added the Cow & Goat Brads, Pig & Sheep Brads, and Horse/Pony Brads to complete the front of the card.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock along with a layering panel from CutCardStock Pop-Tone 65# Jellybean Green cardstock, and embellished it with a section of die cut grass, a green cardstock pasture and a cow brad. I stamped the sentiment in dark green ink and layered the panel on the jellybean green cardstock.

I cut a second white cardstock panel along with a folded panel from the jellybean cardstock (to fashion the third fold), stamped another sentiment in dark green ink and adhered the panel on the inside. This was a fun one!

Spit Happens

Hey, everybody! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! I’m shaking my head at how fast this month is going by! Swoosh… just like the rest! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m stoked to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a super fun inspirational card featuring our matching llama brads and stamps, along with my favorite white enamel dots! I mentioned a couple weeks ago when I posted the card with the pleated fold that I made a second one – and this is it! Pretty much the same design but with different double-sided paper, cardstock and stamps.

I cut a standard A2 top-folding card base from Neenah Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock along with layering panels from double-sided patterned paper and yellow cardstsock. I created the pleated fold element using the opposite side of the patterned paper. I stamped a sentiment from the Llama Stamp Set in yellow ink on a scrap piece of white cardstock, punched it with a circle punch, and layered it on a slightly larger circle punched from yellow cardstock. I added a Llama Brad in the center and adhered the circle element to a layered horizontal strip created from a coordinating piece of patterned paper and yellow cardstock. The finishing touch was adding die cut corners and White Enamel Dots.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with strips of the Party Animal DSP and Delightful Dijon cardstock, stamped another sentiment from the Llama Stamp Set in Catherine Pooler Sauna ink, and layered the panel on Delightful Dijon cardstock.

And one more look… super happy with this card! I absolutely love the matching brads and stamps!

Hey Foxy

Hi everyone! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m stoked to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a fun birthday card featuring some of our very cool critter and mushroom brads along with with washi tape and pearl bling!

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base and layering panel from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# cardstock as well as a layering panel from CutCardStock Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock. I also cut embellishing strips from CutCardStock Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock and CutCardStock Granny Smith cardstock which I adhered diagonally to the front panel along with a couple strips of our Copper Skinny Washi Tape, and then adhered the panel to the card base.

Using the Prickley Pear Stamps Magical Enchanted Day stamp set, I stamped the sentiment in dark green ink in the upper right corner of the front panel, and then stamped the wreath on a Solar White cardstock scrap, colored it with alcohol markers, and cut it with the coordinating Prickley Pear Stamps Fox & Wreath die. I cut several more plain wreath die cuts from CutCardStock Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock which I adhered on top of each other for dimension and then adhered the wreath to the front panel. I added some Clear Star shimmer to the wreath for some interest. I then added two Fox Brads on the wreath and two Lawn Mushroom Brads just below the wreath. The finishing touch was the addition of three white pearls.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with strips of CutCardStock Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock and CutCardStock Granny Smith cardstock as well as a strip of Copper Skinny Washi Tape, then stamped the sentiment in the dark green ink and layered the panel on CutCardStock Pop-Tone Jellybean Green cardstock.

And one more look… so smitten with these fox and mushroom brads! They really emphasized the magical nature of this adorable wreath!

how the SHELL are you?

Howdy, friends! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m delighted to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a super fun ‘just because’ note card featuring Shell Brads, Sea Shore Brads and Fish Brads which were just the ticket to pair with this adorable Brutus Monroe stamp set!

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock along with a layering panel from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# cardstock, and rounded the bottom right corner. I stamped the image in the bottom right corner, colored it with alcohol markers, and added a stamped sentiment and a few more bubbles drawn with a micron pen. I brushed on a super light layer of Ranger tumbled glass distress ink for just a smidgeon of color, and added the Shell Brads, Sea Shore Brads and Fish Brads. I adhered the panel on a piece of blue craft foam and then to the card base. The finishing touch, after adhering the inside layers, was adding Nuvo Ivory Seashell Crystal Drops to the pearl in the shell.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and layered it on CutCardStock Basis Medium Blue cardstock. Since this is a note card, I left plenty of room to write a custom message.

And one more peek… really loving how this turned out! Super easy CAS design that would be so fun to mass produce to create a set to give as a gift! Might have to think about that for a minute! ;)

An apple a day tag

Hi everyone! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! They sure are going by fast these days… Christmas will be here before we know it, lol! Okay, I see your eyes rolling! ;) Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m stoked to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a get well tag featuring some awesome brads with a matching stamp set and my favorite enamel dots!

Using the CUTplorations Stitched Tags Nesting Dies, I die cut two stitched tags from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock and one from CutCardStock Basis 80# Red cardstock. I created a faux tablecloth by stenciling Ranger fired brick distress ink onto an ARTplorations Checkers Stencil with a blending brush and cut it into strips. I adhered the strips to red cardstock strips and then to one of the white cardstock tags. Using the Apple Clear Stamp Set, I stamped the basket in brown ink on CutCardStock Basis 80# Light Brown cardstock, fussy cut it, and adhered it to the lower stenciled strip, and then stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in brown ink. I put four Apple Brads in the basket and one outside the basket along with an apple core. I adhered the two white cardstock tags to the red one, and then threaded three ribbons through the hole at the top of the tag and tied them with bamboo crafting cord. The finishing touch was the addition of three White Enamel Dots across the bottom.

And one more peek… so loving how this turned out! Such adorable brads and stamps!

Hi everyone! A very Happy Saturday to you – I hope you’ve had a great week! Affiliate links are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I’m stoked to be back on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with another awesome DT inspiration project! I created a fun friendship card featuring NEW brads in the store along with some washi tape and yep… you guessed it… (my favorite) enamel dots!

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding landscape card base from Neenah Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock. I cut a layering panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and a slightly larger panel from American Crafts Peacock cardstock which I adhered together. I cut a panel from some tropical leaf paper for the right side and then added a narrow strip of the Peacock cardstock along with a strip of Silver Skinny Washi Tape. I stamped the sentiments in teal ink, then stamped an assortment of tropical leaves on white cardstock scraps in teal and green ink, die cut them and arranged them on the card panel. The final step was adding two Tropical Bird Brads and three Green Enamel Dots, and adhering the panel to the card base.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with a strip of tropical leaf paper and a narrow strip of Peacock cardstock, stamped the sentiment in teal ink, and layered the panel on the Peacock cardstock.

And one more peek… so happy with how this turned out! Love it when the paper and stamps coordinate so well, and the card comes together easily with these amazing brads, washi tape and enamel dots!
