Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday – hope you’re having a fantastic week! It’s time for another fun challenge over at Mix It Up Challenge Blog and I’m excited to share my DT inspiration project for MIUCB #44 – Anything Goes + Clean and Simple! The twist this month is CAS! Remember, our challenges are always ‘anything goes’ but we offer an optional technique twist each month just to inspire you and it’s not required to play! I created a pretty friendship card to showcase this month.

For the focal image on the front, I used a Spellbinders rubber stamp that I purchased in a friend’s ‘de-stash’ event about a year and a half ago. I mentioned in another post recently that I don’t know how I can own something so awesome and beautiful for so long without ever having had ink on it! Just blows my mind, lol! Anyway, I colored the image with Bic Mark-It markers, fussy cut it and adhered it to a panel that I popped up on bright orange foam for some dimension. I finished the panel with Crystal Drops.

I embellished the inside panel with orange and pink textured cardstock, and then stamped the sentiment in black ink.

Here’s one more look… very happy with how this turned out! Such a gorgeous stamped image!
