Relax… unwind note cards (set of 8 )

Hi everyone! You know what happens on the 1st… I have a gazillion posts for you! This month’s challenge over at Love To Craft Challenge Blog is live this morning and I’m happy to share my DT inspiration project for  LTCCB #20 – March Anything Goes! I created a fun set of eight note cards, all featuring a pair of flip flops in the sand. I stamped four in teal ink and four in green ink, and embellished each with a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

These were so easy and fun. I used Stampin’ Up premade Crumb Cake Note Cards and Envelopes, so all I needed to do was stamp the flip flops on white cardstock and cut them with the coordinating die, and stamp the sentiment on the front. The stamps and inks are from Dare 2B Artzy. I created a sand line with a Paper Smooches Stitched Border die. I left the insides blank as they are note cards.

One more view with the envelopes which feature a stamped pair of flip flops in matching ink. :)

Products used:
Cardstock/Paper: Stampin’ Up Crumb Cake Note Cards & Envelopes, Stampin’ Up Whisper White cardstock
Stamps: D2BA Flip Flops stamp set
Ink: D2BA Paradise and Margarita Lime inks; Spectrum Noir- BP1, BT5, TB4, LG3
Dies/Punches: Flip Flop die, Paper Smooches Stitched Borders
Accessories: MISTI, Pretty Pink Posh Peridot Mist and Ocean Spray Sequins

I hope you’ve enjoyed this fun set of note cards and will link up an Anything Goes project with us this month! We’d love to see what you’re working on! Thanks for stopping by and we’ll see you again soon! ;)

Scrappy hugs,

I'm definitely what one could consider a crafting junkie! I love making cards, 3-D projects (especially paper shoes, mini albums and gift bags), mixed media projects, altering items, as well as occasional beading and making jewelry! Fortunately, hubby is very supportive! Life is good! :D
