Celebrate

Hi friends! Well, another Saturday has rolled around but that’s not a bad thing, right?! I hope you’ll be doing something fun this weekend! I have an awesome CutCardStock DT inspiration project to share with you today featuring some of our Curious Metallic, Pop Tone and Basis cardstock that I paired with Royal Sundance Natural Felt cardstock. I created a pretty birthday card using these gorgeous Fall colors. I’m still on the push for Fall and some cooler weather, lol!

I cut a standard A2 size side-folding card base from Sundance Felt 110# Natural cardstock. I die cut the main focal element from Curious Metallic Gold Leaf cardstock along with strips from Pop Tone Tangy Orange, Pop Tone Hot Fudge and Basis Gold, which I adhered to the underside of the die cut. I adhered the focal element to the card base, and added several gemstones from an Eyelet Outlet 3mm orange Jewel Bling Strip, which completed the card. Doesn’t get much easier than this! ;)

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest Baronial Ivory cardstock and embellished it with strips cut from Pop Tone Tangy Orange and Pop Tone Hot Fudge cardstock. I stamped a sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Happy & Heartfelt stamp set in Memento Rich Cocoa ink, and layered the panel on Pop Tone Hot Fudge cardstock.
