06/27/26 Rising Star honor at A Place To Start!
07/14/26 Top 5 at Try it on Tuesday!
Hi friends – Happy Wednesday! Today is a special day… it’s my baby boy’s 40th birthday! Not sure how that can even be possible since I’m only 29, lol! Bahahaha! I can’t believe how fast time is flying by… we’re on the down-slide into July already! I have a seriously cute Keep It Simple DT inspiration project to share with you – an envelope tuck card featuring papers and die cut pieces from our new Sweet Spring collection. OMGoodness, everything in this collection is amazing, and I totally love the colors and prints!

I cut the card base from CutCardStock Amaranth Pink and the envelope flap from Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock, along with layering panels from coordinating prints in the Sweet Spring 6×9 Collection Pack. I used our Back To Basics Nested Stitched Squares Dies to cut panels from the Amaranth Pink and Classic Crest Solar white to layer for the focal image. I popped up the focal image on foam squares (from our Back To Basics Adhesive Basics Foam Adhesive Squares & Strips) to make it easy to slide the envelope flap underneath. I added die cuts from the Sweet Spring Die Cut Pieces which completed the card front.

I cut the inside panels from Solar White cardstock and a print in the Sweet Spring Spring collection, and embellished them with die cuts from the Sweet Spring Die Cut Pieces. Totally LOVE this fold – it’s an easy one that really shows off the patterned papers! As always, if you’d like the instructions, let me know.

Happy birthday to your baby boy, Leslie! I know exactly what you mean. My oldest turns 30 this year. Oh my goodness how did that happen! Anyway, your card is absolutely adorable. I’m pinning it to duplicate that fun fold later. I love the ephemera that you used. It’s so bright and cheerful. I also love the way you use different colors of paper on the inside. Very fun! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday. We appreciate your participation!
