Hey everybody, happy Tuesday! I hope your week has started off nicely and you’re enjoying a little bit cooler weather! It’s almost officially Fall! I’m delighted to share a Keep It Simple DT inspiration project with you today. This anchored swing flap is one of my favorite fun fold designs and it features papers, stamps and dies from our Once Upon A Time: Rapunzel collection along with a few other products on the website. If you love Princesses, this collection is for you!
I cut the card base and swing flap element from CutCardStock Lessebo Aubergine and Light Yellow cardstock along with a layering panel from a print in the Rapunzel 6×9 Collection Pack. Using the Rapunzel Collection Stamps, I stamped images on Classic Crest 110# Solar White and Light Yellow cardstock and colored them with alcohol markers. I also stamped some sentiments on Light Yellow cardstock and then cut all the images and sentiments with the coordinating Rapunzel Outline Dies.
I used a die in the Back To Basics Nested Stitched Ovals Dies to cut the oval aperture into the front flap, assembled the card and embellished it with Back To Basics Lilac Enamel Hearts and Back To Basics Pastel Glitter Enamel Dots in yellow.
I embellished the inside with a strip and a panel cut from another print in the collection and added an additional stamped sentiment. Such a fun design!
