A gift from me to you.

Hello, my crafty friends! Happy Friday to you! I’ve popped in this morning to share a fun little gift box from Simply Crafty SVGs! This Clutch Purse Box is in the ‘Freebies’ section and is so much fun to make! Since joining the Simply Crafty SVGs design team, I’ve decided to create an extra project each month in addition to my regular DT inspiration project which will feature a free file in the shop.

I used black cardstock for the base along with a gorgeous floral patterned paper for the decorative panels. I stamped the ‘gift’ sentiment in black on a scrap of coral paper to match, then again in Versamark, and then embossed it in clear. I cut the sentiment with a flag die and added a flower from my stash.

Here is one final shot of the box opened up. Love, love, love!

Products used:
Cardstock/Paper: Stampin’ Up Basic Black cardstock, Stampin’ Up Calypso Coral scrap, Stampin’ Up Whole Lot of Lovely DSP
Stamps: Neat & Tangled Out of the Box stamp set
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Versamark
Dies/Punches: Simply Crafty SVGs Clutch Purse Box cut file, My Favorite Things Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strip die
Accessories: Hero Arts Clear Embossing Powder, Flower from stash

I hope you’ve enjoyed this project and will check out all the fun cut files in the Simply Crafty SVGs store! There are tons of awesome files! AND Sandy has just added some new ones! Thanks for stopping by today – we’ll see you soon! ;)

Scrappy hugs,

I'm definitely what one could consider a crafting junkie! I love making cards, 3-D projects (especially paper shoes, mini albums and gift bags), mixed media projects, altering items, as well as occasional beading and making jewelry! Fortunately, hubby is very supportive! Life is good! :D

Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment! I love reading them!
