thank you gift box

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! It’s hard to believe 2018 is now behind us! It’s time for another fun challenge over at Love To Craft Challenge Blog and I’m super stoked to share my DT inspiration project for LTCCB #30 – January Anything Goes! I created a gorgeous napkin fold gift box for a good friend to express how lucky I am to have her in my life. She is a fellow crafter and someone who is always there for me.

I fell madly in love with this gift box when I discovered it on one of my YouTube channel subscriptions HERE. Of course, I added my own twists to make it mine, and my friend has already received it so I’m not spoiling any surprises, lol! I used gorgeous Stampin’ Up paper and cardstock. I stamped and embossed a layered die cut that I placed on the top (and another one inside).

Here’s a shot with the lid off the box so you can see the napkin fold detail inside.

And it’s unfolding…

Unfolding a little more…

And completely unfolded to reveal another stamped, embossed and layered die cut in the bottom of the box. I tucked in a handmade bracelet to send to my friend. ;)

And one final look… I’m so smitten with this! I can certainly see more of these in my future, lol!

I'm definitely what one could consider a crafting junkie! I love making cards, 3-D projects (especially paper shoes, mini albums and gift bags), mixed media projects, altering items, as well as occasional beading and making jewelry! Fortunately, hubby is very supportive! Life is good! :D

  1. Lots of time and effort in this box and it’s gorgeous. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a box like this. Just lovely. Your colors match so well from the painted panel to the papers used for the box. So glad you joined us at A2Z Scrapbooking.
