Good Times

Hi friends, I hope your week is ending nicely and you’re enjoying some nice Spring weather. I’m back with another ScrapbookingStore DT inspiration project created with items in the May 2026 Scrapbook Kit with Upgrades. I have to say there are papers and stickers and embellishments in the upgrades for just about any kind of card you would want to make. This little flower pot card is so stinkin’ cute and the jeweled floral embellishments from the upgrades were perfect for it! I also used a colorful plaid paper and sentiment stickers from the collection.

I cut the card base and pull-up card from CutCardStock Amaranth Pink cardstock along with a panel of plaid paper from the collection to decorate the pot. I used the Stampin’ Up Scallop Edge Punch to embellish the rim. I tied some green seam binding ribbon around the pot and added a sentiment sticker.

I adhered a panel of 80# Solar White to the pull-up card. Then I had fun layering quite a few jeweled floral embellishments in random fashion to fill up the top of the pull-up card, adding two circular pieces of acetate behind the flowers as a protective layer. I added another sentiment sticker to the pull-up card which completed the project.

Crazy cat lady and crafting junkie! We care for 15 feline rescues and just added a Forkie pup to the tribe (Frenchie + Yorkie)! I’m addicted to stamping and love making cards, ATCs, and 3-D projects (especially paper shoes, paper purses and mini albums). I also dabble in mixed media, art journaling, altered art and custom jewelry. If you’re looking for me, I’ll either be in my studio or getting some kitty or puppy lovins! ;)
