Happy Monday, everybody! The weekend sure went by fast and Monday got here in a hurry! I’ve popped in this morning with one more ScrapbookingStore DT inspiration project to share that I created with items in the August 2026 Scrapbook Kit. I love me a mini slimline, and the papers in this month’s collection made it super easy to recognize a friend for a wonderful achievement!

I cut my go-to size of 3-1/2” x 6” mini slimline card base from Classic Crest Solar White cardstock. I also cut a scalloped frame (using a Kat Scrappiness Mini Slimline Scalloped Edge die) from CutCardStock Stardream Metallic Vista cardstock and a layering panel from a pretty geometric print in the collection. In our move last year, I ‘unearthed’ a package of silver foil adhesive transfers and used one of those for the front sentiment. I actually found several packages of these with different sentiments and this is the first one I’ve used. Oh geez… imagine that, lol! They are so cool because they don’t require heat – just good pressure with the Big Shot. The finishing touch on the front was adding a coordinating puffy sticker.

For the inside, I added a panel of Solar White cardstock embellished with an additional frame cut from the Vista cardstock and paper/cardstock strips. I stamped a congratulatory sentiment (from the Hero Arts It’s Our Anniversary stamp set) in Catherine Pooler Stone blue ink, and this fun card was complete.
