I’m So Egg-Cited!

Hi friends! I hope you are having a wonderful Tuesday! I’m delighted to be back this morning with another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project created while we had no internet and I was unable to blog my projects. I created this adorable clean and simple Easter card with several items in the new Bunny Season Collection! Talk about adorable products! Yes, these are! ;)

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base and layering panel. from Neenah Classic Linen 80# Solar white cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Bunny Season Easter Egg Collection Stamps in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on the panel and popped it up on the card base with white craft foam. I stamped the easter egg from the Bunny Season Easter Egg Collection Stamps in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and colored it with Sharpie ultra fine point markers, I cut it with the Bunny Season Easter Egg Outline Die and adhered it to the card front. I added several green Bunny Season Enamel Dots to the background and several Back To Basics Clear Enamel Dots to the flower centers on the egg.

I cut the inside panel from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and embellished it with a green paper from the Bunny Season 6×9 Cardstock Pack. I stamped a sentiment from the Bunny Season Easter Egg Collection Stamps in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Hey everybody! Happy Sunday! I hope you’re enjoying some beautiful weather this weekend! We are finally seeing some higher temps during the day although it still gets a bit chilly at night. I’m stoked to be back with another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project to share today created with the super adorable new Pajama Party Collection! O.M.G. You haven’t seen CUTE until you’ve seen these products! I created a super cute step card using a variety of products in the collection which I paired with cardstock and dies in my stash!

Using the Creative Craft Products High Center Stepper Card die set, I cut the step card base from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock along with layers from papers in the Pajama Party 6×9 Collection Pack and Pajama Party 6×9 Cardstock Pack. Next, I die cut a stitched mini scallop circle for the front from a pretty pink paper in the Pajama Party 6×9 Cardstock Pack and a second one for the back from Solar White cardstock using the My Favorite Things Mini Scallop Circle STAX. I chose a rainbow element from the Pajama Party Cards & Ephemera Die Cut Pieces and popped it up on the front with double-sided adhesive foam strips. The finishing touch was adding several Back To Basics Black Enamel Dots.

On the back circle die cut, I stamped a rainbow in Ranger spun sugar distress ink and a sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink (both from the Pajama Party Stamp Set) which completed the card.

And here’s one more angled shot so you can see how cool the construction is! I love step cards, and dies make them so easy!

Hey everybody! Happy Sunday! It’s almost the middle of February already – time sure is flying by! I’m stoked to be back with another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project to share with you today! I so love the Household Chore Gnomes Collection – these guys are so cool and you know how I love me some gnomes! ;) I created a center step card featuring items from the Die Cut Pieces and Gnome Collection Pack 6×6 Double Sided Cardstock, along with the Back to Basics Royal Collection Pack 6×6 Double-Sided Cardstock and Royal Enamel Dots.

I die cut the easel card base from Neenah Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock and the layering panels from the Gnome Collection Pack 6×6 Double-Sided Cardstock. I selected a light blue cardstock from the Royal Collection Pack 6×6 Double-Sided Cardstock which I tore to create a puddle of water. Then I added the gnome, cleaning supplies and sentiment from the Die Cut Pieces, and added some Royal Enamel Dots. I tied a blue twine bow on the sentiment which completed the card front.

For the back, I die cut layering panels from Neenah Classic Crest 80# Solar White cardstock and the Gnome Collection Pack, then fussy cut the sentiment from a card in the Die Cut Pieces. Isn’t that sentiment a hoot?! Love how this turned out!

Hey everybody! Happy Thursday – I hope you’re having a fabulous week! We’re on the downslide toward the end of January already! Can you believe it?! I’m thrilled to be back with another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project to share today! This mini slimline birthday card features die cut pieces and sentiment stamps from the Little Cowgirl Birthday collection which I paired with papers and enamel hearts from the Rose collection. The Little Cowgirl Birthday collection was released back in September, and if you haven’t already checked it out, you really oughta! There are SO many absolutely adorable papers, stamps, dies, and die cut elements that are perfect for little girl (or big girl) cards!

I cut a 3-1/2″ x 6″ mini slimline card base from Neenah Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock and a pink buffalo check layering panel from the Back To Basics Rose Collection Pack 6×6 Cardstock, and rounded the bottom right corner of each. I added cowgirl and critter die cuts from the Little Cowgirl Birthday Die Cut Pieces and stamped the sentiment from the Little Cowgirl Birthday Sentiments Stamp Set in Memento Rich Cocoa ink. The finishing touch was adding a couple small enamel hearts.

I cut the inside panel from 80# Solar white cardstock and embellished it with a leftover strip of the pink buffalo check used on the front. I stamped the sentiment (also from the Little Cowgirl Birthday Sentiments Stamp Set) in Rich Cocoa ink, and layered the panel on another print from the Back To Basics Rose Collection Pack.

Holly Jolly Christmas

Hey everybody! Happy Tuesday! I’m back again this morning, this time sharing another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project! This adorable Christmas card features quite a few items from the Scandinavian Christmas collection which I’m totally loving! To create this fun scene, I used paper from the Scandinavian Christmas 6×9 Cardstock Pack, stamps and die cut pieces from Santa & Friends, and die cut pieces and stamps from Gnomes!

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding landscape card base from Neenah Classic Crest #110# Solar White cardstock along with layering panels from papers in the 6×9 Cardstock Pack. I used die cuts from both the Santa & Friends and Gnomes Die Cut Pieces to create the scene, popping some of the presents up on foam dimensionals and using Nuvo Autumn Red and Gloss White Crystal Drops to embellish the tree. I stamped the sentiment from the Santa & Friends Stamps in Memento Tuxedo Black ink which completed the card front.

I cut the inside panel from 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with strips of the papers used on the front, and then stamped the sentiment from the Gnomes Stamps in black ink.

Hey everybody! I hope you’re having a fantastic week! I’m stoked to be back with another Keep It Simple DT inspiration project to share today! This adorable disappearing nine patch Christmas card features quite a few items from the Scandinavian Christmas collection! I used the Santa & Friends Stamps and Dies, a variety of patterned papers from both the 6×9 Collection Pack and 6×9 Cardstock Pack, and inside sentiments from the Congratulations Sentiments Stamp Set and Gnome Stamps.

I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base from Neenah Classic Crest 110# Solar White cardstock along with layering panels cut from papers in the 6×9 Cardstock Pack and 80# Solar white cardstock. I created the disappearing nine patch panel using a variety of patterned papers in the 6×9 Collection Pack. I stamped the reindeer from the Santa & Friends Stamps (in Memento Rich Cocoa ink) on brown paper in the 6×9 Cardstock Pack and cut it with the coordinating Outline Die. I colored his spots and antlers with an alcohol marker and added a dot of Nuvo Autumn Red Crystal Drops on his nose. I die cut three more reindeer shapes and adhered them all together with the brown one on top, ran a brown alcohol marker around the edge of the stack, and added a twine bow around his neck. I stamped a sentiment from the Santa & Friends Stamps in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and added several snowflakes cut from a scrap of patterned paper used in the disappearing nine patch panel.

I cut the inside panel from 80# Solar White cardstock and embellished it with strips of two of the papers used on the front and a couple more snowflakes cut from a scrap of patterned paper used in the disappearing nine patch panel.
