Hello, my crafty friends! I’m posting our new “Anything Goes” challenge for March on the a2z Scrapbooking blog this morning and I’m excited to share my DT inspiration project, a very cool note card I created with the Hero Arts Make Your Own Digital Kit Sewing Fashion! I’m totally in love with this digital kit! I’ve been somewhat of a seamstress since the age of about 9 when my sister, Syd, taught me to sew my own clothes on Mom’s treadle-turned-electric sewing machine. THAT sure gives my age away, lol!

Super simple card. I printed the scissors background in blue on the ivory cardstock and overlayed the clothes mannequin along with the sentiment and pins. I cut the panel to size and tool distressed the edges. I printed an additional mannequin which I fussy cut and popped up on 3-D foam pads. I added Morning Dew Crystal Drops to the ‘buttons’ on the mannequin and Midnight Blue Crystal Drops to the background.

Here’s one more angled shot to you can see the dimension. I layered an ivory panel on navy cardstock for the inside which I left blank for a custom message. Love how this turned out, and it would be super fun to mass produce these for a gift! ;)
